Customers are required to inspect their items upon receipt and notify us of any defects within 48 hours. This can be done by contacting our customer support team via email at support@glassdelivered.co.uk or by calling our customer service hotline at 01234 331422. Please provide your order number and details of the defect when contacting us.
Once a defect has been reported and verified, we will arrange for the collection of the defective items. Our logistics team will collect the items within 14 days from the date the defect was reported. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged and ready for collection at the arranged time to facilitate a smooth returns process.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, Glass Delivered will process any applicable refunds. Refunds will be made within 5 working days to the original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
