Elevate your project with custom-shaped single pane glass. For straightforward cuts like raked tops or triangles, simply select the 'Single Cut Shape' option. For circles, arches, and any other complex designs (including those requiring a template), choose the 'Multi-Cut Shape' option. Your website price will be calculated based on your selection. After placing your order, our customer service team will contact you to discuss your exact shaped requirements. You can either upload a detailed drawing with your order, provide one afterwards, or send us an actual template to ensure we create the shape accurately.

Leaded Glazed Panes - All formats available

We supply leaded single pane glass for new builds or to replace damaged or failed panes. We can customize each individual pane so that patterns seamlessly follow through on surrounding windows or glass panels. In some cases, our team will contact you for more information to ensure we accurately reproduce exactly what is required. Please explore our many leaded formats within the 'Lead' pulldown options. Our leads are available in 6mm, 9mm, and 12mm widths, and come in either an antique, bright, white, or gold finish.

Petflap/Vent Hole Options

We supply glass panes with precut holes for Pet Flap or Vent Hole Cut-outs. Simply select the 'Catflap/Vent Hole' option and then supply us with the shape, size, and precise location details of your required cut-out. All glass panes come with our standard 10-year warranty. Please remember that if the pane is required for a door, you will need to select 'Toughened Glass'. Once you have placed your order, our customer service team will contact you to discuss your cut-out requirements in detail.

Glass is available in a range of thicknesses depending on the type of glass and its intended application. Common thicknesses include 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 10mm, although availability will depend on the glass type and size required. If you are unsure which thickness you need, please contact us before ordering.

Yes. We can supply individual panes cut to the measurements provided. You can configure and order single pane glass cut to size online. Please take particular care when supplying your measurements, as glass is manufactured to the dimensions ordered.

Measure the width and height of the area where the glass needs to fit. Where possible, take measurements in several places because existing frames and openings are not always perfectly square. If you are replacing an existing pane, measuring the old glass can also be useful. Do not assume the visible opening is the exact glass size required. The appropriate clearance will depend on the frame and glazing method. If you are unsure, please ask us before ordering.

Yes, many types of glass can be cut to shaped or irregular dimensions. Please provide a drawing or template where possible for unusual shapes.

Some types of glass can be supplied with holes, notches or cut-outs. These requirements generally need to be considered before the glass is toughened, as toughened glass cannot normally be cut or altered after processing. Please contact us if your glass requires holes, notches or other processing.

Yes. Toughened safety glass can be supplied as a single pane. Toughened glass is stronger than ordinary annealed glass and, when broken, is designed to break into smaller granular fragments rather than large sharp shards. Safety glazing may be required in certain locations, including particular doors and areas of glazing where there is a risk of impact.

This depends on where the glass is being installed. Certain locations are subject to safety-glazing requirements under UK Building Regulations. This can include glazing in doors and areas of glazing that are at risk of human impact. If you are unsure whether your replacement pane needs to be toughened or laminated, please check the requirements for your particular installation or ask a suitably qualified glazier.
