For non-bespoke (standard) items, customers may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs for non-bespoke items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of custom products, these items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Customers must inspect bespoke items upon receipt and notify us of any defects within 48 hours of delivery of the goods. This can be done by contacting our customer support team via email at support@glassdelivered.co.uk or by calling 01234 331422. Please include your order number and details of the defect.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, Glass Delivered will process any applicable refunds. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days to the original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
